In Norse mythology, Valkyries are from Valhalla, however, they can leave whenever they want to have a second life. In theory, if Jane became a new Valkyrie, she could come back to life

Technically the Aesir are supposed to have their "own way" into Valhalla. Which is why Odin is in Valhalla even though he died of old age(which is actually one of the most dishonorable ways to die) So if Jane died as Thor she died as an Aesir technically and can use the secret back way.
