Walking is how I lost 100 lbs in a year. Stick with it girl. You can do it! It's all up to you!

It does not matter how long it took, you walked a mile. Now continue, we want to see you succeed.

"Some people walk a mile in like 6 minutes.. but not me" Honestly though, who cares? You're doing it! Keep going is the key here, no matter if it's in 6 or 60 minutes!

Haven’t seen this many positive comments on an ALR vid in so long. Surely this is proof that the large majority of your audience doesn’t hate you and actually encourages you when you take steps to improve your life.

Even if you can’t walk a mile tomorrow (bcuz you’re going to be sore) try to walk as much as you can. Once your body recovers it will be able to go farther. Don’t overwhelm yourself with high expectations right now. Just keep twinkies walks a daily thing and in a dew months from now you will be able to walk to your future car!

Congrats for pushing yourself to walk that long! Make it a routine and everything else will fall in place. Twinkie loves it too.

My biggest concern is you’ll never walk another mile again - that you’ll tell yourself you can and will stop putting in effort. This felt like a one-time thing and I hope you prove me wrong

Do it again, girl. Do it every day. Keep going!

After telling everyone last year that you were walking 8, 000 steps per day inside your apartment, walking a mile should be easy.

Congratulations on walking a whole mile! Now you just have to do that every day - you said yourself how fun you found it.

honestly girl I’m 100 lbs overweight and started at a workout class and I need to keep reminding myself that I’m 100 lbs overweight so I can’t be expected to be able to keep up with everyone else!

Keep Consistency is Remember how good, proud, and accomplished you felt. Use that as a springboard for daily walks!!!!

UNLESS you weigh yourself in the morning, before eating, and after using the bathroom (both 1 & 2), your daily fluctuations are possibly because of stool or urine in your body.

It's better to weigh once a week with the same method i just described. It averages out the fluctuations during the week and help to keep motivated towards your goals.

Very strange how she "walked a mile" and spent a full hour doing it yet wasn't winded. She wasn't sweating and didn't need any breaks. I'm not buying it. Photos don't mean jack (things can easily be edited and altered). She's 500lbs and is acting like she walked a solid mile, for an hour, as if it was a breeze. That should be the main red flag she's playing everyone. Girl gets winded going outside to get her uber eats or doing her laundry.

I really enjoyed the walking content, Amber. I lost fifty pounds last year, and this motivates me to keep going! Continue walking, that mile will get easier and easier!!!

12:36 Instead of silencing all haters by filming yourself the entire time, you cut to you having "made it back". 🤡 Anyone who believes this. Gorl swung her phone. Twinkie giving her the side eye at the end is proof enough.

Yes, So glad you took that walk and got through it. I would love to have you challenge yourself to walk a mile each day and slowly increase the time. When I first started walking I could barely walk a mile and now it is not difficult for me to walk 5—I can walk even more as well.
Keep on keeping on! And it is also so good for Twink!

The sunshine and fresh air is an added benefit to walking. Way to go!

Someone needs to edit this with Iggy Azalea “walk a mile in these louboutins”

If you walked for 3 hours around a museum, you can walk 3 hours a day anywhere. You literally have nothing else to do so just do it.
