Here's the magic sauce to selling 40 policies a month:

a) Know your close rate: I.E. how many presentations do you have to make to close one sale.
b) Know how many people you have to talk to qualify a prospect for a presentation.
c) Know how many prospects you need to dial to talk to a person.

Source (c*b)* leads every day, and actually work them. Congrats! Now you are selling 40 policies every month.
