If you know how to identify 6-10 pairs on the weekend and create a watch list, you literally need 5 minutes, 2-3 times a day to check your H4 bars for an entry, that’s it, your hard work is done when the market is closed, on the weekend.
I use 3 simple steps…Using the 50 EMA, market flow and price action, starting on the weekly, then the daily….if it fits my rules it’s on my watch list, then just waiting for a set up, you usually get a few trades a week, most with a good RR….had a 1:8 last week….the H4 is the sweet spot for swing trading! 👍

I work a construction job so i wake up at 4:00 a.m i check if there is any opportunity in london session till i start my day around 6:30, then i take my lunch break around 9:00 so i check if theres is any opportunity in new york if i miss an entry i try to catch a continuation, the only thing is i cannot monitor trades when i work so i try to take only A+ setups, that's why i want to experiment swing trade too bro you just enter and let it ride that's awesome, we gonna get it man💪 Let's goo!🔥

I like the idea, but I trade futures, which is difficult to swing trade due to the leverage required, and no prop firms allow swing trading with futures. To solve this problem. I trade from 12 PM to 1 PM CST, during lunch, and the Asian Sesssion from 7 PM to 9 PM. Plently of opporunity there every day between S&P, Oil and Gold.
