I already settled it in my mind, the first company that goes 51% robotic and yet still keeps those elevated prices is a company I will not do business with if I can help it. You barely have employees to pay a salary too, yet you're still are keeping your prices as high as they were before you went bionical and even got the stones to raise them. You want to cut cost/jobs, jack up price and increase profits, yeah I'mma go support the company's who's prices rival yours but are still paying people so it's justified in my book.

You better be like Vanguard if you go robotic 🤖, they cut cost and their prices reflect that effort.

The video makes a good point that companies pay us based on how much we help them and how hard we are to replace. If we want to earn more, we need to show we're valuable and hard to replace. Financial education, like learning about money, is super important. It helps us take care of ourselves financially, especially because things can be expensive. So, it's not just about your job, but also about how you handle your money.

Employees need to understand that they are employees, not owners with capital at risk. CEOs are also employees of the Board and stockholders. Inflation is the price everyone pays for electing people who mismanaged your economy. Wages must be based on productivity or you will get lower GDP, more inflation and a reduced lifestyle. Make your money work for you by investing, a job by itself is a breakeven proposition at best

People dont understand the true impact of increasing the minimal wage. It can be $100/hr, but eventually it will be the new $7/hr.

It's unfortunate but some employers choose to gamble just having "a body in the chair" than a skilled and dependable employee. Why its a gamble is when the lesser employee makes a big error (that an experienced employee wouldn't have) and the employer gets fined or loses the contract with their particular customer.
My last job was with a private security company that was all about profit, rather than paying for quality employees. Having good reasonably paid employees is also good for the employer. Just seem like too many employers have their heads in the sand.

There’s nothing anyone can do at the moment go get a side hustle. Asking for a raise is not going to happen. The cost to run a business continues to go up. Many businesses in order to keep going. If they stay this way through 2026 will begin a layoff.

I make well over $200k/year because of the value I bring. People need to up their game, lest they be replaced by a computer voice and robot.
