♡ recipe: coconut raspberry bars
-almond base:
- 1 1/2C almond flour
- 1/4C maple syrup
- 1tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1Tbsp oats
peanut butter & date caramel:
- 1C peanut butter
- 1/2C maple syrup
- 1/2 soaked dates
- 1tsp vanilla
raspberry chia jam
- 1C frozen raspberries (microwave for 1minute +mash)
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 2tbsp maple syrup
chocolate layer:
- 120g melted dark chocolate
- 1tbsp coconut oil

top with desiccated coconut, freeze for a few hours/overnight & enjoooyy ✨
