Had my sofa delivered by the DFS guys who never looked at the notes, Ensure cattle gates are closed after entering. They left the first one open and allowed 25+ highland cows to be penned in on my drive, Then called me to come and rescue them as they were afraid of their horns. Approaching a calf with a protective mother is not a thing to do young man but you can run fast. Funny when the city boys visit the Western highlands of Scotland.

Stay away from DFS if possible! We placed an orderand was advised of 4-5 weeks of lead time. Once the order was placed, we were then told that part of the order could take more than 12 weeks to deliver. We then placed a cancellation request and was told that the refund takes upto 14 days. The manager we spoke to was rude and blamed us for not reading the terms and conditions wherein the order was placed with a person. DFS keeping our money and earning intrest out of it?
