This video features Barbara, one of the seamstresses from our Derbyshire factory. Barbara explains how DFS handmake all of their sofas, and talks about the role the sofa plays in her home. We then get to meet Barbara's family at home - Taylar, Riley and their dog Stone.

We sat on a sofa in store liked it the most. so ordered it . 12 weeks later it was delivered but realised it wasn't the 1 we ordered but they are saying it was the 1 as the one we sat on and ordered wasn't even in the store. Not happy also the recliner button on the one side is the wrong way around won't ever shop with them again !

I desperately need sofas because my sofas are very embarrassing now and I need sofas. I was planning to go to DFS today but after carefully reading all these comments, I cancelled my going because I don't want to be one DFS victims.
I thank all of you for educating people like me. You have no idea how of us would have been a victim if you haven't spend all your precious time to write all these useful comments here.

By far the worst furniture store in Britain - they lie and their sofas only last 2 years max - and do they care? NOT ONE BIT.
