Some people are so stupid I have five other dogs and a pit bull and she’s the most laid back the others are honestly crack heads, one of the dogs will sit on her, she just sits there but if she’s had enough she just nips them and she loves to smother people in kisses and she loves hugs.

I mean, one time I met an aggressive pitbull, which is dead now since he got put down. The reason for that is because it bit me and I had to get 4 stitches. I use to believe in these myths, until I knew the reason why, it had a very bad owner who made him aggressive. There is no type of dog breed that is aggressive, bad dogs come from bad owners. Except for Chihuahuas.

One of my dad's late friends had a pit. She would bark at you when you came to the fence, but, if you went in she'd roll over and knock you over to rub her belly. His toy terrier was a better guard dog than she was.

I have a pit/beagle mix. He is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever known. A family friend of mine owns a blue-nose pit and she's even sweeter than him. They're not bad dogs, no dog is. Just bad owners and people who train them to be agressive and ANY dog can be trained to be agressive.

You should do a Why Do Pit Bulls one, like "Why do so many Pit Bulls like to be carried?", " Why do Pitt Bulls seem to smile more than any other dog", "Why do Pit Bulls chirp/talk more than any other dog", "Why do other dogs seem to like playing with Pit Bulls so much? And they do, my dogs are so much more excited when when two separate Pit Bulls, Lainie and Sam, show up than with any other dog. It's like they're the popular kids that everyone wants to play with and they aren't even the dominant ones in the group, that honor has fallen to a very adorable cool tempered Pomeranian for some reason"...

I’ve got a 80 pound rescue pitbull that is the sweetest dog ever. Today he was playing with my neighbors 4 year old little girl and he was a sweet as he could be with her. She was about to go inside and she ran back to give him hug and he just ate that attention up. Pitbulls are amazing dogs

Some of these myths I had heard of and others I had not. I had heard about the jaws supposed to be locking and about the bite being stronger than any other. I had not heard that they are hunting dogs. I've known people who had them saying that they are really sweet. I worked at a humane society that would take Pit bulls from other humane societys that wouldn't adopt them out.
