because even if I put bellow the music, and dialogue and sfx, they together will be above 0 db... gosh! how to solve it?

I always keep my levels within the recommended ranges mentioned at the beginning of the video, so why is it that other videos I watch on youtube are so much louder than mine? Are they outputting distorted audio to achieve the loudness factor?
