The cap on the Mobil 1 side came off a split second sooner than the Super Tech side. I've used Super Tech full synthetic oil since it came out back in 2000. Almost 23 years of trouble free miles on 7 vehicles and not a single oil related issue and a lot of money saved over Mobil 1.

And ALWAYS remember, clean oil is the best oil. Take care of your car and it'll take care of you.

219, 000 miles on 2000 Ford Econoline cargo van 5.4L. I bought it new and never used any oil other than Walmart Supertech. Doesn't burn, use, or leak oil. Motor is still strong and runs smooth and I haven't changed anything on the motor (except air filter). Not even a spark plug. Supertech works for my vehicle.

Been using Supertech for a long time and never had a problem. Only one time have I seen Valvoline full synthetic cheaper than Supertech have I used something else. It's good stuff.

You can use either and will not have a problem. Just change it on time, and your golden.

Mobil shows too have a little more additivies than Super Tech. Both have the same API rating so they are both good oils for the work intended..

I drive my truck 80 miles a day for work so i do oil changes every month or so. Been using the supertech oil for over 50k miles and everything is still working good.

I have a 2010 Honda Accord with over 270k miles. I use Super tech and get my oil changed every 3k miles. Runs great. Don't know why; but it works.

As long as you change your oils regularly there shouldn’t be a problem with super tech.

Super tech always the best bang for your buck!

Both of these oils are from Warren, and most likely exactly the same oil!

I’m no master technician, but 5000miles?? And 10000MILES interval to change oil??
DUUUDDDE no effin way

Idk if they say this so they can win a contest on how cheap it is to maintenance a car??
Or is this a ploy to better enforce planned obsolescence??

(I’m open minded) if the 10k oil change is a legit thing can a real master tech / oil lab technician please tell me HOW??
I change the oil on my scion XD (essentially a 1.8lt Corolla) every 3-4thousand miles, depending on how dirty it is

Just about 300k miles in my VW Jetta 2.5 and I only use SuperTech every 5k miles 💪

It may not be the best oil out there but I think its the best oil out there for the money.
I had always run Motorcraft 5w20 Blend oil in my Fords until I saw the new Walmart full synthetic high mileage oil test results. I think this oil is today what the Motorcraft oil was when it came out way back when. One of my Fords has 298K miles on it and it does use a little oil in between changes, now it uses way less on the Walmart oil and its cheaper than Motorcraft. The oil technology has come a long way in the past 20 years. It is great that this oil is very affordable and readily available. Good Test!

This is the second video of yours I've seen where you have compared super tech full synthetic with Mobil 1 full synthetic annual protection which has a much stronger additive package than basic Mobil 1 full synthetic.
If you're going to do these tests, then compare competing oils.
The super tech is designed to be changed every 10, 000 miles
The annual protection is designed to be changed every 20, 000 miles
I'm actually starting to get a little bit suspicious of your intention here, as I cannot imagine how someone who goes to this much trouble to test oils would not understand this.

Knowing that one of the most stressful moments of an engine is cold starting I think that if you live in a cold climate Mobil 1 would be a much better pick.

I have used both mobile 1 and supertech full synthetic oil in my 2005 corolla. I changed them at 10, 000 miles, and noticed by 5, 000 miles super tech was dirty and dark where mobile 1 was almost like new. If most nascar, formula 1, and Indycar teams use mobile 1, then it's good for my car IMO.
