Project Farm compared all ST oils and they seem to stack up well to the big brands like Mobil 1. The regular full synthetic was rated nearly as good as the Advanced FS. I have started running the Advanced FS and have had no issues at all.

It's a good oil but better to change oil every 5-7k miles.

Been using it for years. It's fine

Good oil. Don't go over 6, 000 miles on any oil. After 6, 000 miles, varnish starts to form on internal engine parts.

Valvoline and penzoil platinum are the A standard of engine oil. I would only spend the extra money on oil if I was servicing a high-performance vehicle.

I use the regular synthetic and just change my oil every 6 months and I never put more than 3-4K miles on the odometer between oil changes

Been using Supertech oils in everything except two strokes for a long time. I'm fully satisfied with the performance. They're made by Warren Oil Co/Warren distributing, and you can tell the same stuff in other stores under different brands by the shape of the bottle.

Maybe 20k if every mile was highway. Change it every 5k with a quality filter and your good to go

My car been burning engine oil so much. Whatever brand I put in there I lost 1 quart every 400 Miles range. So super tech came in clutch for my engine as a weekly top of fluid😅

Change oil every 5k, 7k-8k is maximum stretch!
Use any fully synthetic oil brand and premium filter!

I used to run nothing but Mobil 1 full synthetic. When I reached about 400, 000 Mi on my first Prius I was burning some oil so I switched over to that Walmart stuff and I haven't looked back the Walmart stuff's been just fine I've got hundreds of thousands of miles on my Priuses. I just buy the full synthetic and I change the oil every 5, 000 miles do not do anything that a manufacturer and oil producer says about high mileage oil changes. Change it. Often. It would be better if you use dollar store oil and change it every 3, 000 Mi then the best oil in the planet at 20, 000 MI

I use this oil but the 10W-30. It's the best.

I always buy 15-20k rated oil as well as premium filters. However, at 7k I change it. If I’m busy, I know I can let it roll a bit but not to 15k . 10k is my maximum. A

I have been running it in my 2017 ram 1500 5.7 hemi. I haven't had any issues at all. did some research nobody's having issues with this oil. my buddy's been using it in his wife's old car, it now has 245, 000 on the engine no problem. I will add I change it every 4, 000 miles using the 20, 000 mile oil.

Amsoil signature all the way unless you’re running a very old car

claiming 20K miles makes me distrust it

There’s really only 4 refineries in the US- the only differences in oils, beside their name brands, is the additives each manufacturer puts into them! Look on the back to ensure that the oil matches your car specs and go!! Just don’t follow your owners manyfor distance between oil changes- mine states every 5k miles, but I still do it every 3k miles!!

No matter what 3000 to 5000 oil change intervals😊

If you wait 20, 000 miles to change your oil no matter what you buy he will get what you pay for.
