Hello, in this project, I was trying to tell you how to make a voltmeter and ammeter. In the project, a 2X0.47 R and 0.94 R 5W shunt resistor was used and there is some loss due to this resistance. In the project, it is possible to reduce the resistance value and reduce the losses by using an amplifier. It is also possible to measure higher currents by increasing the wattage of the resistor.

how about resistance on - line...this make resistor hot and blow out...but is good job for low current...

I don't why mine doesn't work. I connect 9v battery as input and small 9v DC motor as load.
The motor spin without any problem. But my meter show 0.00 after calibration and stay at 0.00 all the time even with load connected ( It should read at 0.05 as I already tested it with Mulitimeter)
Anyway I don't have 47 ohm 5w resistor. So I use 5w 1 ohm instead. So is it the reason?
