Why are you stating that gas cars are cheaper overall than electric? In the UK, Teslas are already cheaper when you take into account fuel vs electricity prices and servicing etc.

I suspect that you will see the new battery in the Powerwall first. The easiest place to deploy them and recall them if you discover an issue.

Graphene enhances Li-ion batteries. This will be the first step along with prismatic cells. Better packaging. Next generation model S will hit 60 in 2 seconds and probably exceed 500 miles in top trim. Oh it will have four motors. Oh, it will drive itself anywhere.

Great report. Read all the info available and it points towards a combination of new chemistry, no cobalt (LFP) prismatic cells and most importantly, an overlaying capacitor sheet that doubles as connector plate.

I would settle for 175 miles in 5 minutes and 280 miles in 15 minutes. Drinking time for those respectively 2.5 hour and 4 hour.

Sorry, gas car is not cheaper over the long run - TCO for example - what Elon meant is: 1kWh - battery cost = 100$ would mean -》purchasing price equal for #ICE versus #BEV
