Thanks, this has been bothering me for weeks now and the only thing that fixed this for me was the manual update/reinstalling Windows (at 2.39 ish). Thankfully theres an option to check before it installs, to not lose your files and folders on your PC/Lappy, so everything is now back to some sense of normality.
Going to post this comment on the couple of other TouTube vids that I also tried and failed just to save everyone a bit of time/give a nuclear option of sorts.
