I appreciate your patience while I figure out this YouTube thing! It’s a matter of trial and error and I guess the teleprompter isn’t working for me..

One way to help with paying bills and finances is have one day every week you check. I do Sunday as I'm always at home that day. It helps with my anxiety I have c-ptsd, depression, OCD and anxiety. I listen to youtube at night.

Nice overall list for ADHD, I only use two of the apps mentioned, truebill & tiimo and yes, they help greatly.

I mainly use truebill for notifications of any subscriptions I may have enrolled in. I can quickly get carried away.

Still new to tiimo and hoping it will stick. I don’t love it but it’s the best one that i’ve tried for building Routines, maybe with time. A close second is Routeniry.

This is my lists of apps that have helped with structure. Late diagnosed ADHD at 27. 28 now.

Fantastical/Gmail - events and time blocking scheduling

Todoist - to do list. Been a fan for about 7 years now. Recently been using the apple watch integration and widgets. Love them.

Asana - My work requires us to use this and I’ve come to liked it. I would not last a day if I didn’t have something like this.

Stash - just like Acorn, I also deposit automatically into a savings and have a stash debit card.

YNAB - similar to goodbudget for budgeting and financing. Still learning how to use this one but man do I need it. Impulsive buyer as well.

Sleep Cycle - tracking sleep. Less than 7 hours and I am hating life and work performance suffers.

Atracker - record/ track my day to see where my time goes. Mostly use it for work, projects and errands.

Pical - love this as a widget on my main screen. It’s a visual clock that breaks down your tasks and events around the clock with the time chunks you scheduled them for. Helps me because I am horrible with perceiving time. Integrates with my calendar and can easily put more events in.

I am - Positive affirmation reminders that show on my apple watch or as a widget as notifications. Helps greatly with uplifting my mood.

Lastly, Bullet Journal app to write notes if I don’t have my physical journal around. The information erases after a certain amount of hours which pushes me to transfer the notes before they’re gone.

Other little things that have helped

Placing Widgets on my home screen that show my calendar, Ruitines, and tasks.

Only keeping the apps that help track my time and priorities on the first page. 2nd page are apps related to self-growth (audible, kindle, strong, elevate etc) 3rd page is for social media and entertainment but I have a widget that shows my todo list to remind me if I there is something I need to do before I go in that rabbit hole.

ALL OF THAT just to ensure I have a good day. ADHD can be so annoying at times.

Anyhow, thank you for sharing your recommendations. Subscribed and will be sure to watch the next one. If you are a reader, would love to see a top 5 books videos.

Break time over.

Best,
