FACTS:
Rachel Hansen was 19 and engaged to be married. She had recently moved to a new apartment in Gilbert, AZ. Someone entered her apartment after midnight on June 4, 2022, and fatally shot her once while she was in bed then left. No arrests have been made and there is a reward fund for information leading to the arrest of the killer.

Why would Rachel have told her mother how safe she felt in that apartment when the night before some stranger was standing over her bed and leaves a jar of pickles. Safety wouldn’t be something I felt at all. I think the boyfriend is making the intruder up and making up the reason he replaced the lock on her door. He created a scenario to take attention away from him. She was shot in the back, so he snuck in, dogs knew him and didn’t bark, and he didn’t have to shoot her while she was looking at him.

I worked with her. I'm 99.9% sure I know who did it. I think the Gilbert Police know as well but they can't prove it yet. I've given them all the info. I have.

Fiance leaves at 12am, perpetrator is in the apartment around 2am. Possibility the perpetrator was watching the apartment and the comings and goings? Had to know the victim had only just moved in. Shot in the back on the left side - going for the torso rather than the head. Aiming for the heart area. Close range or across the room? Nobody heard anything - silencer? How often do people buy silencers for guns? So many questions about this case because so little information appears to have been released.

I'm always suspicious of the boyfriend because it often is an intimate partner just like your stats show. Did they have a fight and he pretended to leave but didn't leave the gated area?

Did the apartment complex change locks between tenants? Who previously lived there (a single woman? Could this be a mistaken victim)? Was her door locked? Windows?
