Have you started making money on YouTube yet? How many times do you post a month? Let us know!

He isn't wrong- since I started to post Shorts online, I've changed careers as a full time content creator because I got noticed... and it's opened up side opportunities that pay well. I started 2 months ago and got my first paying gig for content in the first month. You can do it too!

Man YouTube can be so hard to grow on, but I wish all of you the best, and keep on grinding. 2023 is our year!!!

Knowing the audience has helped a lot, and the improving videos step by step slowly has been a game changer. 2k subscribers may not be a lot but it pays most of my utilities each month now, so I am deeply grateful for each one. And this planning you speak of - this looking at it as a longterm journey gives longterm wind to my sails. Thanks.

Make a plan but also act on it! It's so easy to get stuck in the planning stage sometimes, but planning alone won't get results. Taking action is the best way to learn and grow. Love these tips! :)

Love how he jumps straight in to the video! When I first started my channel I was a little all over the place but still under the umbrella term of holistic lifestyle. There were just many things I was interested in creating videos about but I kept hearing about "niching down" and finding your niche. I didn't want to narrow down too much and then have a small target audience. But alas, my niche found me and it coincides with what I'm most passionate about--holistic dermatology (and more specifically eczema). Since focusing more on my specific niche and target audience I've found my channel growing more, getting more views on those videos and finding purpose in it all as well. Just thought I'd share my experience as someone who really resisted "niching down". Good luck to you all on growing your channels in 2023, we got this!

I appreciate how you show your early videos and are just like, look your first videos aren't going to be that great. I feel like some of my first videos are...not as great haha. But I'm learning! And like you said, be patient. It's crazy how the algorithm can pick up your video weeks or months down the road. Don't take them down y'all!

5 videos in and the getting 1% better per video is so really good way of looking at it, I can safely say my videos have gotten much better with each video!
