I use Office 365 and see that the last update I have was from 2-28-22 Version 2202 Build 16.0.14931.20128. I do not have the navigation pane available. Do you have any idea why it is not showing on my view tab? Our office product is an enterprise subscription.

Why can we share a spreadsheet on a work network drive & have multiple users working on it with live updates like online SharePoint version. Network drive ideal for this & External formulas will then work which they don't on SharePoint.?
