Half and half super greens/white rice. I also usually sub beef for one of the chicken entrees. Changes the protein slightly, but the calorie savings earn you a protein shake.

Fuck me that is a lot of calories. Something to get, bring home, eat half then eat the other half later so you get 2 meals out of it. 750 calories is still a lot for me, I'm fat, lost 25, have 25 to go.
