MY GO-TO VEGAN TACOS RECIPE | VEGAN MUSHROOM STREET TACOS

I love street tacos and when I crave vegan tacos I go for mushroom vegan tacos! In this recipe I show you how I transform mushrooms into a "meaty" filling for any taco lover and non-mushroom lover! Mushrooms is like a vegan's best friend because of the texture, earthy flavor and how well it an absorb seasoning and flavor. Mushrooms are also widely used in Mexico so it's only fitting to make vegan tacos out of mushrooms :)
