Raw Vegan Lettuce Tacos (Easy + Delicious Recipe)

Vegan lettuce tacos are my go-to for lunch & this is my favourite recipe ever. This is so satisfying/delicious & leaves you feeling energized and amazing afterwards - which is how food should make us feel! I have tried a few vegan lettuce tacos recipes and this is hands down my favourite. I am a big fan of EASY raw vegan recipes and this definitely check sthat box! Hey Guys ! These are my go to and absolutely incredible ! I wanted to mention - I do make them also as my thumbnail shows with micro greens as the base (in substitute of shredded lettuce or spinach) so I do highly recommend doing them that way as well !!! I love making lettuce tacos and most importantly, my girls enjoy it but as a base we use baba ghanouj or hummus what do you think about that? It's not fully raw but it's still healthy, right?
