When I was little (early 70’s) my parents only ever bought tacos as Jack-in-the-Box so I was surprised they sold other items. 😂 Their tacos are so bizarre but they work. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll try yours for sure!

I'm not vegan but once a week or so we have a family vegan or vegetarian meal for dinner. Tvp tacos are always a big hit. My son isn't a vegetarian but he doesn't like meat and he LOVES tvp used in many recipes in place of ground beef.

To really get the experience, freeze the tacos, then deep fry 😋

Ok I've never thought to rehydrate tvp with stock because i usually squeeze out the moisture after to eliminate some of the overpowering soy flavor

I highly recommend that you rinse the TVP few times to get rid of the gluten flavor.. it totally works..and you can enjoy the flavors of the actual foods you love.. and dont forget to do the fianl rinse w some vinegar in the water. Its just better. Trust me.. and then do the flavor soak. . You could redehydrate if you want to use later..

There are almost no vegan or vegetarian shorts creators, and it feels good to watch such high quality shorts on vegan stuff.
Due to some idiots veganism is getting a bad rep, and i believe a lot of people should stop publicizing veganism because it's only having increasing hate towards it. There's already a lot of content that can make up the mind of anyone who's considering becoming a Vegan . Forcing people, doing pointless and silly activism is only going to make people go away from it.
Everyone has to understand something, a lot of people who become vegan do it on their own choice not because someone forced them to be.
