Interesting. I often make a tea with apple cider vinegar, turmeric, lemon, moringa, ginger, cacao, and raw honey. On a rare occasion I get stomach cramps "gas pains" from something I eat and will take baking soda in water and that helps.

Excellent. Our blood is required to be at 7.35 pH and our interstitial fluid above 8. I have had a urine pH at 5 for years and am trying to raise it. Drinking more water helped as did taking magnesium bicarbonate.

May I ask if you think heavy reactions to acidity in form of citric acid, be it any fruit or veg could be a kidney weakness in an otherwise healthy person?
My entire digestive tract will get sore and even bleed if I eat.
( i eat carrots and greens Ok and think I must get enough vitC this way).
It is also an external reaction, meaning I cannot use skin care with it added.
Also vinegar will give me heart palpitations.
And very sensitive to chemicals in perfumes etc.

My sisters say they are noticing the same reactions to the citric acid as they have gotten older, in 50's

Is it impossible I am too alkiline? Or just maybe natural to my system.
I tended this way as a young person too, even though I am relatively strong fit female.

I wouldn't take baking soda with lemon water or apple cider vinegar at the same time- will give you a bad stomach ache. I have read that lemon and ACV are acids but produce an alkaline condition in the body- true? Baking soda does work- I brought my kidney function into the normal range after two weeks of taking it-maybe works even quicker but my tests were two weeks after I started using it. I do take lemon water and ACV at times too but NOT together with baking soda.

Can l mix it with a little bentonite clay with it because the acidity of the stomach might destroy a lot of it and upset my stomach I was thinking the bentonite clay might help it go down easyer and effect
