Blows this truck driver's mind how stupid fast these drivers are traveling in conditions like this.

The first winter I was a professional driver, I was in a snowstorm, and just trying to get parked. I was doing about 25. I hooked up with a veteran driver on the CB, and he was also doing 25. We got passed by another driver yelling at us on the radio, about how we couldn’t drive. He was in the ditch 3 miles down the road.

These truckers doing 55-60 mph still after seeing MULTIPLE vehicles in the ditches proves that they give any idiot a CDL these days. Just unreal.

It's amazing watching those idiots just keep the pedal down with that kind of road conditions even though it's clearly visible there's something going on ahead of them.

I hate winter driving, especially during the day when everyone‘s driving as if it’s the middle of July.

With those conditions no one should be going above 35.

That nobody sees the big giant orange trailer sideways in the highway is absurd. Pay attention.

what the hell is wrong with people...they see slowed traffic ahead, lanes reduced to one, icy conditions and they're still speeding like its the Indy 500...

I'll never understand why people seem to forgot how to drive in winter conditions. It happens every year without fail. They refuse to learn. 🥴😞

It's scary how fast these people are driving in this type of weather. I've lived in Michigan pretty much my whole life. You'd think driving in these conditions would be cake, but nope. The second snow hits the ground I'm driving like a granny.

Look at all the traffic The idiots are still racing by at full speed.❗️🤬

Commercial vehicles travelling far too fast for conditions and piling into 4 wheelers who were also travelling far too fast. Doubt that any of them had proper snow tires too.

This sort of thing happens every winter season. People making same mistakes over and over again. Just the visibility alone should be a warning to slow down.

Drivers driving to fast for the weather conditions. Slow down people. Prayers for all involved and for the rescue personal on scene.

I like the way the officer just states offhand "another commercial), like it's happening all the time now. (Which, sadly, it is).

There's a really good video named "Dramatic video shows 47-car pile-up near Oak Grove." It's a trucker and his wife in the cab, recording the sounds and impacts of a pile-up. He was a smart driver and stopped in time, but he got caught in the middle and had to sit there while truck after truck and car after car slammed into him and the pile. The sounds and impacts he and his wife endured were terrifying. She was scared, understandably so, and wanted to bail out. He told her no, stay put. There was nothing they could do but stay in the safety of the cab and get pummeled. They weren't seriously hurt as far as I know. It's a good lesson for all drivers to see and hear what they went through.

WHY was that tractor pulling the Schneider trailer going so darn fast in those conditions? Citation earned!! 🤬

I just don't understand why people, especially big rigs have to drive so fast in wintery conditions. There is a wreck in front of you and there are emergency vehicles with their lights on and people are not slowing down.

Why do people drive so fast on dangerous road conditions?

That was a great example of how people regard death or serious injuries on the roadways now. Clearly the trucks that continued barrelling through the crash site were reckless, my guess is that they didn’t want to touch the brakes because they could see that they would skid, the cabs of these semi’s are so cushy and comfortable that the drivers feel so safe and invincible in them! Slow down for nothing, time is money, that’s the mentality of many drivers today. I guess the time has come that rolling speed control by highway patrol vehicles, are necessary in bad weather!
