Right on target 🎯 again brother.
Sinus issues and chronic cough were one of my many symptoms.
Chronic dizziness from the sinus infection.
What finally helped was adding 1/2 teaspoon ACV and strained crushed garlic to my saline squeeze bottle.
Wow! You have’s lived until you shoot garlic into your sinus cavities daily for 2-3 weeks.
Painful but it worked.
Dizziness and cough gone.
I continue to do the silver nasal spray daily until I heal my gut.
Still taking 10-12 HCL with my OMAD.
Making progress 😃
One day at a time.

Can you please talk about chronic burping? I burp all the time, literally. With food or on empty stomach, it's just doesn't matter. So my sphincter never realy stays closed. Do you know why and what is the solution for that?
