This "lay-down" training strategy worked on our adopted 7-year old female Goldendoodle and adopted 14-week old male Bordoodle. We got to stage four within 45 minutes with both dogs. We had to utilize the crawling-under-the-arm strategy to initiate success. Thanks Chloe!!! 🙂

Like my dog will sit but when I move the treat in the motion u showed she doesnt keep sitting she starts walking towards it😂😐😂❤

had a bit of trial and error cuz she would just glance down and not lay down but i got it! 6 year old labrabull :) never had her as a pup got her when she was 2 at a shelter! so this helped a lot.

Hey Chloe! I have a 9 wk old Maltipoo. He learned to sit in an hour. When I try luring the treat closer to his body, he stands. Also, when do you decide to stop giving treats? I sometimes think I train too long and get him full on treats when I taught him to sit.
