Speaking from experience as a dealer...Most of the time, you want the players to win. Not only does it increase your tips, but it just makes for an overall better experience for the dealer as well. Every so often, there does come certain people that just annoy the piss out of you for whatever reason and you get a bit of a rise from watching them lose. That said, she is dealing to a screen with no faces or personalities to deal with, so maybe she is going a bit stir crazy from boredom.
