This disables the "Prefetch Folder" from functioning. In the Prefetch folder, many of your apps startup function is stored their, so by disabling it many of ypur apps will begin to open lately as if you just started them up for the first time. Just keep it as it is, it doesn't even take as much of a space to begin with so no need to stop it from doing its job.
Please pin this, not for me but for the people that do these optimizations. Just before you do anything to your system read about what you are about to do, don't just do whatever someone tells you to do.

LADS IT WORKS!! here are fixes for any errors: if it shows an error after you try modify it from 2 to 0, run the app in administrator. then it works! if that doesn’t help, make sure your on the administrator account (so make sure your account is set as administrator). this works on a game like roblox. (just make sure your graphics are low 😅😅)

No cap . From 30 fps in farcry i got about 45-50 fps. Not big difference but atless i dont get leg when i play
