I have a framed mirror in my entry way that is right under 5lb I used the 16lb command strips and I wanted this mirror to really hold for yrs so I used 4 total and it’s going on yr 2 and it’s still up!! Now… every couple of months I check it and press on each side for 30sec to secure it even more! I love them! But I do use the 16lb strips for smaller canvas around my home just for that added security!!

Can you do a video with the strips for hanging pictures with a wire and pictures with the saw tooth hardware that can be use with the command strips?

I use for everything and they never let me down sometimes for 7 years in a row. I’ve got cameras hanging, portraits , sockets, sensores.. to me never fails and you can remove them without ripping the paint.

Hey bro for the surfaces that are not flat you can simply use a little bit of super glue or a stapler to hold the strip on...this is still easier than dealing with nails and holes on the walls👍

Mine all failed and caused damage paintings. I cleaned the walls and waited. I had to go replace all of them so I would not hear them fall! Hated that sound

I hope you respond to comments on older videos. I’ve remodeled my basement into a studio and I’m ready to hang things. I’m in the Midwest with our seasonal extremism but also my basement walls are cold year-round. Despite AC & forced-air heat, no doubt the humidity is still on the higher side. Any chance that these will stay stuck? If I heat the wall with a hairdryer before hanging the strips, might this do the trick? Thank you so much!

Bro, what is up with the strips on the butterfly hook! Why would you put them so close to the edges? You can see the strip when its on the wall!

I did notice however that if you dont use them right away after buying them the stickiness wears out. I had same extra untouched for a years and it was no longer as sticky. Anybody else experience this?

What happens when you remove a command strip from the wall? Does it damage it?

I wonder if it works on Stucco walls? The people who owned my house had the walls Stuccoed and I can barely hammer frame hooks into them at all. Guests wonder why I have almost no pictures up, and that's why.

Command strips are GARBAGE I've hung up using all the different types of Command strips have fallen put 8 large heavy duty strips on a coat hanger and it fell off the minutes ago my pin board holding some papers fell off the they have about a six month life span and then they give never use them again
