Remove 3M hooks without damage

How to remove 3m hooks from walls and ceilings with causing any damage. Hack

Ripped a chunk of paint off my first hook then found this video and the rest were seamless. Thank you.

Or use a hair dryer and melt the sticky tab straight off. I’ve tried this video method and if your paint is old it won’t matter how soft you pull

That's all good if that sticky tab is not too old. An old one will just rip when you pull on it.

The problem is I sticked a quite big mirror with 4 of these, any idea how I can remove genlty as I can not do this method.
