I had this happen after compleating the game and they were never traveling anywhere they were just driving in circles and coming back to armadillo😂

Actually you can finish the game to have this happen it doesn't have to be before the last mission. This happens usually during your first trip to armadillo and P.S. there is no law in armadillo so you can rob anyone you want and not get a bigger bounty or be hunted by the law

You can find them even after you finished the game or before

This works even if you have played it all the way through (i.e. after the last mission)

Good ol'Rockstar strikes again, lol. Gotta love 'em.😂😂😂😂😂. They put in truly, truly hard work for this game like GTA V, in somes aspects-put in even more work . You can have an adventure with maybe half the NPCs in the game. I loved it 👍🏾
