You forgot the incident where Littlefinger is talking with nobles of the Vale and when one of the nobles draws a sword the others tell him to not act like Frey's.
Basically Frey has become synonymous with treachery and bad manners.

Walder Frey tried so hard to climb up the ladder and indeed he was able to marry off many Freys to big houses across Westeros however the red wedding utterly destroyed their reputation and respect with everyone. The Lannister gave him Riverun but not the acting lord since Harrenhal was still under Baelish. It was a poor deal at the cost of vilified reputation for their house for generations to come.

I was so angry after the red wedding that i didn't watch GOT again for nearly 9 months. They killed so many great people. Then, i realized
that just being good didn't mean horrible things wouldn't happen. I stuck with it until the last episode which was the lamest ending of a series ever. Jon murdering Danny over her getting revenge for her best friend being murdered in front of her was ok by me. Bran is made ruler of the 7 kingdoms!!??? WHY??? He has ZERO political or military experience! Arya drops her dagger, catches it and ends the Night King! LAME!! Cersei getting out of the protracted death she deserved being killed by an anonymous brick! LAME!!
