I have said it before and it bears repeating, owning a short-term rental business is NOT for everyone. It takes a certain personality type to be able to deal with all the nuisances and run the business properly. With that being said, I do believe that if you seriously want to make it work, then you can leverage other people to fill in where you don't see yourself. In fact, building a team should be at the forefront of everything you do in order to replace yourself at some point.
