Not just a satin pillowcase, but getting quality bedsheets in general. I have two sets of bamboo anti-microbial bed sheets that I switch between. Quality sheets and pillowcases are also great for preventing acne; you'd be shocked at the amount of sweat/debris that congregates on cotton bedsheets even if you wash sheets/pillows weekly.

Hydrogen peroxide is a better mouth wash, it doesn't decrease your testosterone and doesn't kill the good bacteria in your mouth, and as you mentioned, hydrogen peroxide makes your teeth white, so that's another benefit

Another great video but I would make another recommendation for the fragrance part. Ombre leather might be too much for a lot of people I would suggest JPG le male line, PDM Layton or Armani stronger with you.
