Lately I’ve been so fatigued with body aches, exhaustion, inability to do any physical activities, etc. that I actually feel like I’m dying. Like this is what it would feel like to have a terminal illness.

I cannot even believe that i stumbled upon your videos tonight. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism around 30 years ago and have been on Levothyroxine. Doctors have had difficult regulating my TSH levels. At one point it was over 20. Over the past few months it has gone from 0.051 to 6.7, while continuing adjusting med dosage. I have requested further testing and/referral to endocrinology, both of which they told me to wait until next TSH check. I finally had then approve further lab testing which will be done on August 18, 2023 and endocrinology cannot see me until December. When I listened I could not believe how the things you mentioned like nausea, hair loss, diarrhea, anxiety, trembling, cold intolerance, fatigue, sleep issues, brain fog, low heart rate, etc. I have a very strong family history of hypothyroidism, some having been diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I am so tired of being ignored by doctors and am so ready to find the root cause of the fluctuations and feel "normal". A huge thank you for all of the information and hopefully getting to the root cause of my decades long issues.

The progression of the disease really worries me.

I was diagnosed a little over a year ago and my doctor at the time said I wasn’t bad enough for meds yet (despite severity of symptoms). I finally have an endocrinology appointment in August. One more month would have been a year of waiting.

When I had blood work, I thought I was going to be shocked if the results came back that there wasn’t anything wrong with me

Have Hashimoto diagnosed for 5 years. I feel tired most of the day, no matter how much I sleep.

I was first diagnosed with Hashimoto then 2 years later I was diagnosed with Graves then I took medicine for Graves and my primary care looked and my blood work and told me to get off everything that he feels the endocrinologist diagnosed me wrong. He said I was having a flare up of Hasimotos all along even though I took and uptake scan and my blood work should different. Now I am off all meds and my numbers are in normal range. The doctors do all the test. It has been one emotional roller coaster.

I need help. Docs and endocrinologist I’ve been too are not helpful. My thyroid antibodies were recently off the charts.

79 yrs old. Dx hypothyroid 30plus years ago. Took low dose Synthroid. Lifetime of fatigue, depression, body aches, moonface, constipation, iron deficiency, until ENT dr dx, me two years ago. Thyroid barely visible on MRI. Synthroid increased, much better but still have “ those horrible flares”. General dr. Need to refer patients to specialists early on. Nurse practitioners have no business denying specialized care.

I recently went to a new endocrinologist and my tsh was 4.5 with symptoms that you mentioned. Because of side effects from levothyroxine, I have not taken any meds for my thyroid for a long time. The new Dr said because my TSH is under 5 and my T3 and T4 were in the normal range I don't have to take anything anyway. And he also told me that hashimotos doesn't cause heart palpitations. I was recently diagnosed with mild sinus tachycardia that they feel is from aniexty and stress and nobody will believe me that it's from my thyroid or hormones. I've been trying to cut down and out gluten and carbs and other inflammatory foods and substances. Thank you for taking the time to read this I really appreciate it and your videos. Have a wonderful day. Oh I am also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. With the change in my diet my a1c is now 6.1. in November it was 6.4 or 6.5🙏🙌👏👏

I guess I am one of your rare ones. I was diagnosed with hashimotos when I was 19 years old after gain over 100 lbs in 3 months. My thyroid just shut down . At first they did not think it was hashimotos until they put me on meds and then my body just went crazy. After 20 ish years I’m somewhat stable. I still have my thyroid. Taking it one day at a time. And learning one day at a time it’s both meds and life style changes that will make me feel better. But it’s up to me to do the changes.

I'm 63 and was diagnosed with Hashimotos at 22 years of age. On the 15th of April this year I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus. Can I expect to add more autoimmune diseases to this list as I age?

I have got Hashimoto's and I cant go near wheat or Gluten as it flares me up so bad. I am now 54 but have had its a child but It just get worse as I get older. Stress is also a trigger, which I get a lot but I am up and down all the time and my thyroid meds are tweaked regularly.

Hashimoto's thyroiditis can cause your thyroid to not make enough thyroid hormone. It is an autoimmune disease. It occurs when your body makes antibodies that attack the cells in your thyroid.

Just tested positive for very elevated thyroglobulin antibodies. TPO and TSH were normal. Experienced hypo symptoms for years now experiencing hyper symptoms the past two months
