Murungai adai, I add flax seeds and chia seeds powder to my idli podi, urad dal dosa, peanut chutney, just sprinkle veggies and sprouts over any dosa, nothing can beat adai aviyal with vegetables and protein combination

Doctor: For dinner, had sprouted green gram, black gram, with soaked soya beans, with many vegetables and some fruits. But vomited everything and had vomit sensation for some hours . Any idea why? Could be any allergies? I’m not diagnosed for any allergies till now

Im saying it once and for all . Eating a protoen roch breakfast once or twice a week isnt going ti get u shredded. Instead properly track ur nutrition to determine if u should bulk or cut ( ur underweight or overweight ) then track ur maintenance calories and eat more or less depending on whether u are bulking or cutting ( 300-500cal ) . Eat 2.8 g of protien per kilo of lean tissue and combone that with some weight training or calisthenics and ur going to see some actual progress. Hope this helps :D

I like all your videos. I am trying to follow your intermittent fasting. I have been following for past 3 weeks. I can see small changes. I stopped coffee and tea. But I am not able to go for walk or do exercise as I got some knee injury now. So I am following RICE method with compression bandage as I have many multiple problems in my knee such as meniscus, acl tears cartilage thinning etc.. the problems are like grade 10 long answers question (as 7-8 marks worth points) I am worried that is it possible to loose weight just by intermittent fasting.
