I've been doing this for a while now. The trick is to sprinkle some salt and pepper or chat masala on veggies or fruits if you're someone that loves chips or spicy foods

Exactly doctor... I feel like eating something while studying, so I've switched to healthy snacks like dry nut bars and fruits from chips and especially cup noodles

Ok ok ok. I will try. I am a huge snacker. I think if I stop doing that I will be at my normal weight. So I shall try. If I do end up losing any weight in the next 7 days I will let people know here.
