As a nearly 60 YO golfer in AZ diagnosed with two types of stenosis, I greatly appreciated this video. I stretch EVERY DAY to keep the sciatica at bay. You gave me a couple of new stretches to try. Thank you.

Good show guy's. I blew up my L-5 five years ago. I'm 62 now and have not golfed but I plan on going this summer. Thank you for the tips. I will replay this and get it down so that it will help me. I didn't get operated on it healed itself because of my personal activity. My surgeon told me not to do anything with my activity level and it healed itself.

Good exercises Bob & Brad ! Adding hip flexor stretches would also help the lower back by improving hip mobility, specially during backswing and Follow through! 😀

Thank you for your videos. I will have my hubby check this out! Please can you do video on Rib flare and how to minimise it. My 13 year old son is very slim so his left rib seems to protrude more than the other other side and he is very self conscious. The dr said it’s a type of scoliosis. Not sure. Is there any chance for it to get better with exercises before school starts in September. Thank you God bless.

Any alternatives to stretches you are doing on all four and the side plank? I have a neck injury and cannot sustain holding my head up like that. You guys are great!! Thank you!
