I was introduced to kefir grains a few months ago, and have been drinking it every day, i started to notice my belly fat was reducing, i didnt know why, i never dreamed it could be the kefir, but thats the only thing ive been doing differently so it must be.
Other benifits have been, less sweet cravings, choclate and sweets seem too sweet now, i feel like fruit instead, also it also seems to reduce my appetite . Plus i love the taste. 😊😊😊😊
