28:21 fun fact about lightbulbs, lightbulbs were actually made a lot better so they lasted longer which meant less sales as you don't need to replace them as often.. obviously less money being spent so they actually made lightbulbs less reliable to increase how often you had to replace them, which is probably why all these lightbulbs in those products still worked. I cant remember where I read this information but its always been something that stuck in my brain lol
