It's called 'Lato' in the Philippines. We put vinegar on it with tomatoes and onions. We call the dish 'Ensaladang Lato' or 'Seaweed Salad' in English.

Those are my favorite! It tastes better with sauce. Just mix soy sauce, a little bit of vinegar, tomatoes (not the big red ones but the yellowish and greenish) and calamansi or lime. You can also add minced red onions for added flavor.

We call this "Arorosep" in the Philippines, there is a lot of things it's called depending on where you live. We usually just mix it with fresh tomatoes and eat it with rice and it's super yummy. Some of my friends says the texture is weird but I'm glad you liked it.

We have these at our traditional market here in Indonesia, very cheap and a bit bigger in size. We eat them with tamarind steamed fish, soo delicious!

Green mango, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, umami to taste. Toss into a little salad.
I used to eat these and those horse hair seaweed this way as a kid. Nana usually brought some home from a wet market.

When i tasted it, it legit tastes like the ocean. If you dont know what i mean, try to taste ocean water, exactly the same without the popping but i prefer the seaweed tho

Too much of iodine is harmful, but required amounts protect against goiter. So these can be added to the medicine cabinet.Sea-dicine.

It's a sea fruit. This in vinegar+onion is also good.
