This is actually called clay slime it hardens after sometime. It can also be used as a bouncey ball after it hardens.

How to make clay into slime:
put hot water onto the clay
Put some soap onto the clay (Scented soap is recommended cuz if ur clay has a tire smell the soap will make it nicely scented and it will make the clay
really soft and nice kind like slime)

I recognize that kind of clay. It's an air dry type that dries into a squishy foam. If you want it to become more clay like you can actually add water as it is water based. It will take some kneading though.
