Hi Guys, When you get your autopilot you can set it to 0 degrees by 'wind angle' so it will hold into the wind to raise your mainsail. This is the best way instead of setting a course to where the wind is coming from as it changes. André in Sydney (I did see you in Sydney)

You both are going from boat repairers/builders to sailors! I see the transformation every week. Listen to mother nature, she will tell you a lot if you look and listen! Odd is a beautiful yacht underway. Appears to have a gentile motion. Sail on!

You guys should consider building a davit for the dinghy so you can hang it behind the boat on the stern. That way you have a clear view from the helm station without having to put Roberta spread open on top of the benches!! Great video...really enjoyed it 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️

My engine had same the hot tank was above the engine coolant filler. What you must do is add a filler bottler ABOVE the hot tank. Yanmah will have a kit that you can get to do this. I would strongly suggest you do this it is safe and good practice. I am surprised your engineer did not fit this

If nobody saw that : this is the first time that we see Odd at the anchor from the cost, on the sea !!! Vlog begin to change now, more time under sailing than to made installation : this is a very good indicator of the turn your adventure is going to ! Always a pleasure to follow you

Besides viewers suggestions for safety wiring shackle pins, I wondered it the bar used to crank the anchor winch should also have a rope attached that could keep it from going overboard on a rough day. Thanks for sharing your adventure.

It doesn't matter if new or old, you still have issues doesn't matter at all...!! It's just how it is when your breaking in your engine, an your newly refitted sailing vessel...
