As Shelby often reminds us, the most sustainable thing is to use what you already have. Once you have used up what you have, then you can replace/restock with a more sustainable alternative.

On that note, I’m about to run out of toothpaste. Does anyone have any recommendations for sustainable toothpaste that has fluoride and isn’t a powder or chew tab?

A brilliant natural degrease and and all purpose kitchen cleaner is this. When u use fresh 🍋 don't throw away the skins after juicing - instead put them in a big mason jar of clear vinegar (make sure it has a screw top) and just keep adding in the rinds as and when u use them. It needs to soak in a dark place for about 6 weeks, but once strained into a spray bottle you have an amazing, fresh smelling and effective kitchen cleaner for pennies
