Rachel, Kyle, Ashley and Yair are two married couples in a non-monogamous relationship. They share a house, car, dog, cat, partners and finances. They also have plans to have children together.

Obstacles they've faced having to do with rights and benefits as four partners have prompted them to meet with a lawyer to get divorced from one another and create a co-habitation agreement.

Watch this video to learn how they manage finances in their non-traditional relationship.

Are we at the point that you need 4 people with normal jobs to afford a house

For everyone wondering, here is a 2 year update, Kyle broke up with them and moved out a few months after this video. Rachel and Ash both got pregnant around the same time with Yair. They seem to be doing ok based on their social media.

I would love to see a follow-up story 1-3 years from now.

Just register a company and consentually smash as co-workers. Get tax benefits, and discounts on insurance and good credit. It doesn't have to be this complicated. Unless...

I can’t imagine how much more complicated life is having three partners . Having one partner is already complicated enough.

Rachel is clearly the main man and boss in this four-way relationship / household ...

This is Rachel's show, everyone else is just living in her fantasy. 🤡

Did I miss it or do Kyle and Yair not interact much? It seems to be the Rachel show.

This all happened during the pandemic? So, in two and half years they met, moved in, joined finances, are getting divorces, and hired a lawyer to work out their relationship? Why the rush? I still haven't figured out how to make bread.

I wasn't expecting their financial situation to be as complicated as it is.

I'm more shocked at how they share finances than the type of relationship they are in (their choice). I have so many questions like, "does everyone put in the same amount and get to keep whatever is leftover in a personal account?" I've only ever seen dysfunctional polygamous relationships and money is kept separately.

they're worried about not all of them getting credit card benefits but casually glance over the fact that the home is only in 2 of their names yet they split it equally! meaning the other 2 have no legal claim to the equity

Let’s see…Rachel is the ring leader
Yair often has the power struggle with her, but usually just falls as second in command
Kyle is the silent yes man and just goes with whatever they all say
Ashley is just happy to be included

They should’ve just kept their account separates and had 1 account for the bills. Transferring money over is less complicated!

I love how free and honest they are to live their truth. It might not be for everyone but they do what makes them happy.
