If you're doing local recording, I would strongly advise AGAINST using OBS if you're going to use NVENC. On my system, I saw a 16% reduction in FPS when recording using NVENC compared to using just shadowplay which resulted in only a 7% reduction in FPS. My benchmark notes are below. NVENC is still excellent for streaming or capturing from external sources, but for local recording, you will see less performance compared to if you were just using shadowplay. At least this was the case for my computer.

I ran my tests using Resident Evil 6 benchmark which gives an FPS score.
System Specs: i5-2500k (3.3ghz quad) Overclocked to 4.4ghz, GTX 960
no recording: 11863pts
shadowplay recording 1920x1080: 11072pts (7% loss of performance)
obs recoding (NVENC) 1920x1080: 9934pts  (16% loss of performance)

"bluray disc" option seems to be the best quality to me, isn't it ?

i7 4790k-gtx 1080-16GRAM i have 50fps and drops ingame (Battlefield 1) with x264 - cpu=veryfast/normal 3000 kbps 720p/60fps on obs, the cpu usage goes to 97-100%... I'm gonna try Nvenc encoding to stream on twitch with your settings.
