Whenever I drink some tea called "Sleepy time" tea, it didn't help me sleep better at night. But in the morning time, it starts to kick in and makes me feel sleepy in the morning! This was not supposed to happen like that! I'm getting rid of the box of tea I've got now and buy another sleepy that's even better. 😫🤦‍♀️

Only I drink herbal teas, water, almond milk, and decaffeinated green tea. However, I don’t drink any of coffees and cow’s milk. I am extremely sensitive to caffeine then I am lactose intolerant.

thanks ❤️ very imformative camomile and lemongrass are the best, aside from that these tea are the cheapest but its good and effective 👌👌👌
