Let me try to clear up what is actually happening.
In the first 5 seconds the M2000 tries to do a radar lock with the boresight mode (upper square thing).
It was not successful, either he is too close or the F-16's defensive jammer jammed his radar, both of which will prompt the "JAM" warning on the HUD.
The M2000 is still able to obtain infrared lock for heat seeking missiles (circle on F-16), but is currently in gun mode.
However without radar ranging, the HUD can't display the gun predicted impact point, so he has to rely on his own judgement and try to place the F-16 somewhere in the gun trail.
He is still able to shoot him down easily with an infrared missile, or a gun albeit way harder without radar ranging.
In any case M2000 pilot wasn't very aggressive, F-16 wasn't very defensive, seems like it's just a stern warning and they do not want to start unnecessary conflict.

Man, what a nice move from the M2000..he came from above vertically in a great offensive position..letting the f16 in a very difficult defending situation..the f16 loses energy clearly and in the end surrenders cause there is no chance of escape or for an accident!Nice skills by the M2000 pilot..

As a Turkish citizen I can clearly tell it is a classic military based tactic for both goverments who tries to cover their own bad political issues. And these tricks continue for decades. I love my greek brothers. Our neighbours aren't our enemies.
