I live in San Antonio they were many people have not received their amerigroup OTC card do you know why

This program is ridiculous. I've taken my mother to the store 8 times.
1. You can only use CVS.
2. We took the book to the store and barely anything was approved.
3. The managers did not know how to process the orders each time. So nothing.
4. We only selected thing in the book, still most items were not approved.

Had my card for 4 days. Card won't work. They sent out thousands of cards that will not work!!!! I wish I never changed u can only talk to people who don't speak English

I downloaded the app as suggested and when I put my information ..it’s not accepted. The system screwed up. What sense is there to have a benefit if you can’t use it
